Statement on California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

Eterna Life Corp is committed to conducting business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws. We take our responsibility to ensure our supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking very seriously. In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we provide the following disclosure of our efforts:

  1. Verification: Eterna Life Corp engages in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. This process is conducted internally.

  2. Audits: We rely on audits of suppliers and their statements to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains.

  3. Certification: We require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

  4. Internal Accountability: Eterna Life Corp maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking.

  5. Training: We provide company employees and management tasked with direct responsibility for supply chain management training on human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.
